can the MCU all get along?

While watching the recent debut of daredevil on Netflix, season 2 of marvel agents of S.h.i.e.l.d. coming to a close and the us release of Avengers age of ultron almost upon us I begin to wonder if/when these characters collide what will be the tone of the Team up?

Lets start with the Avengers who's cast has always been seen in BIG budget cinema  with top of the industry FX's and theatrical shine each of the Big 4 are seemingly larger then tv at this point I mean as much as I would love to see the hulk iron man cap and thor mixing up on a hour long episode of agents of shield im guessing it wont happen anytime in the foreseeable future. Besides budget issues which obviously wouldn't be a problem if May Coulson Sky etc crossed over into the big screen we have the issue of tone, as demonstrated in Daredevil which takes a much darker violent approach reminiscent of the Max line of Marvel comics. (Don't worry no spoilers ahead) and then we have the very comedic approach to last years blockbuster Guardians of the Galaxy filled with all sorts of humor and 80's pop culture references which I could only imagine would be out of place in the hells kitchen of our current daredevil. Obviously marvel has been pulling these match ups off in comic book form for years so there is a great deal of hope that if anyone can mash together characters of deferent tones and budgets on the big and small screens it is them! Maybe we can squeeze out a proper Spider-Man/Carnage film!???

The man without fear...Netflix (entertainment weekly exclusive set photos inside)

Daredevil the man without fears live action series is coming and just in time for those of us wanting a little more marvel action, no offense to agent carter or agents of shield but some of us want a little more super hero in our hero series to hold us over between movies. Its looking like it is shaping up to be on par with the rest of marvel greatness going around (still no word on exactly when we will see the red suit) with a tentative may 2015 release date im sure it will feed somewhat off of the Age of Ultron hype. Lets hope that it is as good as expected being presented as a complete series most will be watching it in a binge format (Im sure I will get through the whole series in 2 days....maybe 1) I don't know if it would be better characterized as a mini series or a long movie. Paving the way for Jessica jones, iron fist, Luke cage, and ultimately The defenders I hope it is well received by fans and critics alike opening doors for future characters who may not warrant a solo film(or reboot) but we would love to see in live action (Punisher/Blade crossover anyone?) some new info and set photos were released by entertainment weekly today check them and the article out after the jump
