Monica Lynne: Panthers first love (is she needed on the big screen?)

Monica Lynne a singer from Georgia who was saved by black panther from the sons of the serpent during his stint in the U.S. with the avengers. T'challa fell in love with Ms. Lynne eventually getting engaged and taking her back to his kingdom of Wakanda. Often opposed by his people Monica Lynne was the target of numerous assassination attempts and plots throughout there relationship causing countless break ups and make ups. It was not until she witnessed T'challa share a kiss with the X-mens storm that she finally called it quits for good (T'challa eventually marries storm but another time for that).

          So Monica was his first love and has been a part of the panther story for a long time she ties in with a few of his great story's but the question is.....do we need her adapted into the big screen? If so when? its way to early to tell what direction marvel will go but with panther being introduced in other films we may get a chance to see him in America before his movie which would open the door for him to meet ms Lynne (maybe a small cameo in civil war). If his solo film does what I suspect and serves as an origin story for T'challa and it stays basically in Wakanda for the whole film I don't see her appearing at all, maybe an after credit scene T'challa can travel to the U.S. to meet with an avenger(depending on the state of the team at the time) and she can show up but over all I think it would be best to save her character for a 2nd film. A super hero/girlfriend romance is not something that is overused in the marvel universe right? I mean we have tony and pepper, thor and jane sure we have room for 1 more.....right...??? ok now to actresses, if we do see Ms. Lynne make an appearance who should take up the role? If a minor role I wouldn't mind if it was a big name or small. Singer Ashanti comes to mind....mostly because she is a singer and her name derives from Africa, yes i know Lynne is from Georgia but hey. As for a reoccurring large role I would want someone with some on screen abilities Megan Good, Gugu Mbatha-Raw, but my number 1 pick would be Tika Sumpter I think she would play well with Bosemen. If marvel wanted to throw a jab at fox they can always have Halle Berry sign on as an mutant ..err excuse me Inhuman(or whatever quicksilver and scarlet witch are) who has the ability to control the weather and let her later marry T'challa!! hey we can dream right?
